We see you

You're managing your parent's aging on top of your own life, and it's consuming you.

You're calling the doctor's office, decoding discharge paperwork, arguing with your siblings, and lying awake wondering if you're missing something that's going to blow up later.

It doesn't have to be on you alone.

The goal is a sustainable plan. So you can go back to being their daughter or son, instead of their case manager.

The Mindy Model

Three frameworks.

1. The Nurse Quarterback ·

Most people try to manage their parent's aging journey on their own. They hold it all in their head, react to whatever crisis comes next, and burn out doing it.

Instead, I quarterback the whole thing. I bring my nursing and consulting background to bear so you get a comprehensive plan grounded in great care, and you stop being the only one holding it together.

2. Resource and Benefit Optimization ·

Most people don't realize their loved one may already have access to resources through their insurance, other benefits, or local community programs. So they spend months convincing their parents to pay out of pocket for help, or they wait until a crisis forces their hand.

Instead, we proactively identify what's available so you get time and money back. This is the part that pays for itself, and most families never know to look for it.

3. Document Consolidation ·

We bring the whole picture together. The will, the POA, the medical records (with your parent's permission). All of it in one place that you and your siblings can actually access when it matters.

How we do it

Three phases.

1

See the picture clearly. We start by getting input from both you and your loved one, so we understand what "good" and "safe" actually look like for them long-term. A third party makes that conversation with your loved one easier than if you had to have it alone.

2

Build the plan. We create the roadmap to keep them in their current living situation as long as it's genuinely safe.

3

Execute. We make the plan happen. Need someone to shovel the snow? We coordinate and line up the vendor. A house cleaner? Same thing. You stop being the bottleneck for every small thing.

Who we've helped

One client's mother was living alone, separated from family, and refusing help. Over four months, against a cancer and dementia diagnosis, we guided the family through the transition: selling her home and moving her into a care facility at the moment it was genuinely right.

That's the work: knowing what to do before the crisis forces it on you.

The real cost of staying home

Home can look about $11,000 a year cheaper than assisted living. Count the 27 hours a week families give, and it costs about $23,000 more.

Mindy helps your family plan for the cost of care before a crisis forces the decision.

Getting a few of those hours back is where most families start.

How it starts

Start with one thing this week.

1

Tell us the one thing. A few taps, about 2 minutes.

2

Get something useful in 2 business days. A shortlist, a checklist or a plan you can act on.

3

A nurse talks with your parent. We chat for about 30 minutes to understand what would make life easier, in their own words.

4

Keep going if it helps. Monthly support, built on what you've already seen.

The investment

$149 to get started

One price for your first plan. Monthly plan options available beyond the initial investment.
